Accredited Property Developers: When you choose to move forward with a reservation or express explicit interest in an off-plan development (e.g. projects in the New Administrative Capital, North Coast, or New Cairo), your relevant contact details are shared directly with the designated developer sales administration to issue official reservation forms, deposit invoices, and preliminary sale agreements.

2. Mortgage & Banking Institutions: If you expressly request mortgage brokerage or bank financing assistance under the Central Bank of Egypt real estate financing initiatives (مبادرات التمويل العقاري), relevant documents are submitted to accredited partner banks with your written consent.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Enterprise CRM Providers: Secure enterprise technology vendors (customer relationship management software, cloud hosting providers, and communication APIs) who process data strictly under our contractual instructions and non-disclosure obligations.

4. Judicial & Law Enforcement Bodies: Official Egyptian government authorities, regulatory bodies, or judicial courts when legally compelled by valid court orders or statutory decrees.

Where data storage or enterprise CRM systems leverage cloud server infrastructure located outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sword Investment ensures that cross-border transfers strictly conform to Articles 14, 15, and 16 of Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020.

Transfers are permitted only to jurisdictions providing an adequate level of data protection equivalent to Egyptian standards, or pursuant to standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and binding corporate rules that guarantee equivalent security safeguards and permit individual data subject rights.
